Lucius "Luca" Oriflamme is a Vampire of noble birth in Jun Mochizuki's The Case Study of Vanitas. Born to inherit the title of Grand Duke, Luca is close to The Queen, though he is still too young to accept the role himself, thus allowing his uncle, Lord Ruthven, to act on his behalf.

Arriving in Paris alongside former Bourreau, Jeanne, with the intention of destroying the Book of Vanitas in hopes that it would save his brother from his fate as a Curse-Bearer, Luca quickly learns that he was mistaken in assuming the grimoire's evil nature, and during his second encounter with Vanitas and Noé Archiviste, Luca welcomes the opportunity to become allies. This ultimately proves to be fruitful when an attempt on Luca's life is made by Charlatan, though Luca remains unaware to the truth that his uncle was the one orchestrating the assassination attempt.
